When will my order be shipped?
We do our very best to ship orders as promptly as possible. From the time you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 days to process your order.
From the time I place my order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
Please note, we do have 3-5 day shipping available at checkout for orders placed in the United States. Otherwise, please allow 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 weeks for shipping and delivery for orders placed in the United States. For all orders placed internationally, please allow 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 weeks, but up to 6 weeks for shipping and delivery.
If you have not received your order within the time frame specified, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As you surely know, during the holidays, the post office can get quite hectic. Please allow more time for deliveries during the busy holiday season.

Where is the rest of my order?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
